Ask: Rachel Dunmore sent the invoice on 30-day terms and asked for the PO number to quote and whether it should go to a different accounts payable address.
Customer view: Annelies de Vries did not reply here. A separate thread shows her querying a July invoice against the executed order form.

Net amount: £12,500 VAT: £0 Gross amount: £12,500 Due date: 5 Aug 2026 Payment terms are 30 days. Could you confirm the PO number your team would like quoted, if one is required?
