- Rachel Dunmore 2 Dec 2024 15:14Hello Joanne, Please find attached invoice INV-002-0003 for Brackwell Freight's annual Growth subscription to the BB-Demo brain, covering 40 licensed users for the year to 30 Nov 2025. For your records, the details are: - Invoice number: INV-002-0003 - Issued: 2 Dec 2024 - Net amount: £44,000 - VAT: £8,800 - Gross amount: £52,800 - Due date: 1 Jan 2025 The invoice is raised on our standard 30-day terms and matches the order form we hold for the account. Could you confirm the PO number you would like to see against it, if your system needs one? If it is different from the one on the attached copy, let me know and I will reissue the invoice before it goes anywhere near your payment run. It would also help if you could confirm that this has reached the right mailbox at Brackwell, and that remittance advices should continue to come to me at this address. Marcus Bell, who looks after the account day to day, tells me the team has been getting good use out of the brain this autumn, so I hope the renewal paperwork is a simple one for you. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
