Billing thread: Nell Ashcombe sent Joanne Platt the first-year subscription invoice, £20k net and £23k gross, issued 1 Dec 2023 and due 31 Dec 2023. No customer response in the thread.

Ask: Nell asks Joanne to check the invoice against the purchase order and say when it is likely to go into a payment run. She offers to reissue it if the reference or addressee is wrong.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was accepted or paid.

Contract link: the invoice covers 15 licensed users for the term to 30 Nov 2024, and the annual recurring amount under the contract is stated as £20k.

Hello Joanne, Following on from the earlier invoice, here is the subscription invoice for Brackwell's first year with us. It is attached, and I have set out the details below so you can check them against the purchase order. - Net amount: £19,500 - VAT: £3,900 - Gross amount: £23,400 - Issued: 1 Dec 2023 - Due: 31 Dec 2023 This covers the annual subscription in advance, for 15 licensed users, for the term running to 30 Nov 2024. The annual recurring amount under the contract is £19,500, which is the net figure above, so there is nothing hidden in the total beyond the VAT line. If the purchase order reference differs from what is printed on the invoice, or you need the invoice addressed differently, let me know and we will correct it straight away. I would rather reissue it than have it held up. It would also help if you could confirm when it is likely to go into a payment run, whenever you have checked that. No rush on that, I just like to know where things stand. Thank you, Joanne. Best, Nell Nell Ashcombe Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BG-Demo
