Commercial contact for the new lines

Daniel, What I need is a name. We are bringing the new lines onto the brain and I need to know who handles the commercial side for them: the extra scope, the paperwork, anything that touches the order form. My last few emails on this have gone to an address that no longer seems to get answered. The team is using it daily and the dashboards have been right at 07:00, so no complaints there. This is purely about knowing who to go to, by when we can expect an answer, and whether the 150 licensed users cover the new underwriters or whether we need to talk about that. That's a capacity-provider question as much as an internal one, so a clear line on ownership would help. Callum

Hi Callum, Thanks for this, and apologies for the gap since your note on Tuesday 29 September 2026. I wanted to have something firm before replying, and I would rather be straight with you than guess. The commercial owner for Fenmoor is being confirmed at our end at the moment. I do not want to give you a name that then changes. Until it is settled, please treat me as your point of contact for everything, commercial questions included. I will take them in and make sure they reach the right person the same day. On the new lines, please send me what you have in mind: which teams, roughly how many underwriters, and which sources they would need connected. I can then check it against the 150 licensed users on the Enterprise contract, which runs to 30 Jun 2027, and tell you whether anything needs a conversation or whether it all fits as is. I am glad the team is finding it useful and that the 07:00 refresh has been behaving.
