Current to 13 Oct 26Imogen Hartley, Chief Data Officer, agrees to sponsor the Enterprise expansion proposal herself and wants procurement involved now. She has open questions on how additional users would be phased in. The 14 Nov 2026 close is a plan.
Ask: Tom Ashdown asked Imogen for a sponsor, a view on procurement timing and any changes to the proposal. The proposal sits alongside the existing agreement running to 30 Jun 2027 with 150 licensed users.
Customer view: Imogen answered all three points directly. She will sponsor it herself until scope is settled and wants procurement to see the paper early so they are not surprised.
Next: Imogen will introduce procurement and send her phasing questions separately. The thread does not show whether either has happened.

- Tom Ashdown 28 Sep 2026 15:38Hi Imogen, Thanks again for last week. It was really useful to hear how the team is leaning on the brain now, and it's good to see usage still climbing. To pull it together from my side: the proposal covers the expansion on the Enterprise tier, which sits alongside your existing agreement running to 30 Jun 2027 with 150 licensed users. We've pencilled in 14 Nov 2026 as the target to close, but that's a plan rather than a promise, and I'd rather it fit your timetable than the other way round. Three things I need from you to keep it moving: who on your side will sponsor this, whether procurement should be involved now or later, and anything in the proposal you'd like changed before it goes any further. I'm happy to confirm any numbers in writing before we go further. Cheers, Tom
- Imogen Hartley 29 Sep 2026 16:38Hi Tom, Thank you, this is a helpful summary. I've seen this work when there's a named sponsor from the start and drift when there isn't, so let's make it count. On your three points: I'll sponsor it myself, at least until the scope is settled. Procurement should be involved now, not later. They will want to look at the paper properly and I would rather they weren't surprised. I'll introduce you this week. On the proposal itself, I have a couple of questions about how the additional users would be phased in. I'll send those separately once I've spoken to underwriting operations. Best, Imogen
- Tom Ashdown 29 Sep 2026 18:52Hi Imogen, Brilliant, that's exactly what I'd hoped for. Having you as sponsor makes this much easier. I'll wait for your introduction to procurement and then send them the proposal and the current order form so they have the full picture. Send your questions on phasing whenever you're ready and I'll come back with a proper answer. If I'm not sure of something I'll say so and check, rather than guess. Speak soon, Tom
