What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Tom Ashdown arranged a Wednesday 10:00 session with Imogen Hartley to take her through the proposal for the next phase. She wants it to reflect how Fenmoor actually uses the brain now and asked for plain language.
Ask: Imogen wants the open proposal tested against current real use, not the original description. She will bring her head of underwriting operations for the first part and wants little jargon.
Customer view: Open to the conversation but sceptical. The proposal is an open item, not agreed.
Next: The evidence does not show whether the Wednesday meeting was held or what was decided.

- Tom Ashdown 17 Sep 2026 13:04Hi Imogen, Hope your week's been kind. Now you've had a few weeks to settle in at Fenmoor, I wanted to get something in the diary to take you through the proposal for the next phase. I know you know the brain inside out, so I'll keep it short and focus on what's changed since you last looked. Would half an hour next Tuesday or Wednesday suit? Mornings are best for me, but I'll work round you. If there's anyone else you'd like in the room, bring them along. No drama if it's just us two. Cheers, Tom
- Imogen Hartley 18 Sep 2026 13:51Hi Tom, Thanks for this, and yes, it has been a busy few weeks. The real question for me is whether the proposal reflects how the business is actually using the brain now, rather than how we described it at the start, so I'm glad you want to go through it properly. Tuesday is tight for me. Wednesday morning would work, ideally before eleven. I'd like to have our head of underwriting operations join for the first part, so please keep the material light on jargon. Best, Imogen
- Tom Ashdown 21 Sep 2026 13:00Hi Imogen, Wednesday morning it is. I've pencilled in 10:00 and will send an invite shortly, so shout if that doesn't work once you've seen it. I'll keep the first part plain and commercial for your head of underwriting operations, then go into the detail afterwards for you. Leave that with me. Cheers, Tom
