What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Imogen Hartley accepted a quarterly review at Fenmoor on Thursday afternoon next week, wants Callum Reid there, and asked for a plain view of who is using the brain and anything she should know on licences.
Ask: Imogen wants an honest usage view, by user, and any licence points sent ahead of the meeting. She frames the review as a test of whether the brain becomes how Fenmoor answers its capacity providers.
Customer view: Engaged and constructive, but she is measuring adoption and sponsorship closely.
Next: Daniel Okafor prepares the usage view and licence note and confirms the Thursday slot.

- Daniel Okafor 8 Sep 2026 14:21Hello Imogen, Thank you again for making time last week. Just to close the loop, I'd like to get a quarterly review into the diary, and I would like it to be useful to you rather than a formality. Could we find an hour next week? I can do Tuesday or Thursday, mornings or afternoons. If it is easier for your calendar, I'm happy to come to you at Fenmoor. To keep it focused, I would suggest three things: how the brain is being used across underwriting operations, the two open tickets and where they have got to, and what you want it to do for the business over the next year. Callum is welcome, of course, and I think it would help to have him there, but I'll leave that to you. Is there anything you would like me to prepare in advance? Best wishes, Daniel
- Imogen Hartley 8 Sep 2026 16:08Daniel, Thank you, that is helpful. Thursday afternoon suits me best next week. Coming to us would be lovely, and it is easier for people to join in person. I would very much like Callum there. The real question is whether the brain becomes how we answer our capacity providers, or stays a useful tool a handful of people open. I've seen this work when a sponsor is in the room, so let's make it count. Could you bring a plain view of who is using it and who is not? I would rather look at that honestly. If there is anything on licences that I should know about before I walk in, send it ahead. Best, Imogen
