After the 27 Aug 2026 check-in, Callum Reid accepted Daniel Okafor's notes but wanted a date for each of two open tickets. He asked for a marine cargo worked example and deferred adding users.

Ask: Callum wants a firm date for each of the two open tickets, because "this week" is not enough for his team. He also wants the worked example built on marine cargo bordereaux, as a draft for him first.

Customer view: He is businesslike and impatient on service follow-through. He puts off adding users for now, though the usage headroom is clear.

Next: Daniel owes dated commitments on the tickets and the draft example, in that order.

Hello Callum, Thank you for your time on the call earlier. Just to close the loop, here is what I took away, so you can correct me where I have it wrong. - The nightly refresh is landing for your team as expected, and the dashboards your underwriters rely on are right when they sit down in the morning. - Two tickets came in over the past month. Neither was urgent and both are with our support team. I'll chase them this week and tell you where each one stands. - Usage is steady rather than growing. You have 150 licences and around fifteen people are active in a typical month, so there is plenty of headroom if you want to bring more of the team in. - You asked what would help most with the capacity providers' oversight questions. I'd like to put together a short worked example from your own submissions and bordereaux queries, so you have something ready to show them. If I have missed anything, tell me and I'll add it. How is the team finding it day to day? I'd value your honest view before we plan the next check-in. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Notes are fine. Two points. First, the tickets. What I need is a date for each. "This week" is not enough when my team is waiting on them. By when? Second, the worked example. Yes, do it, but use the marine cargo bordereaux, not the professional indemnity ones. That is what the capacity providers keep asking about. Send me a draft before it goes anywhere near them. On getting more people on, I'll look at who is worth adding and come back to you. Not this week. Callum On 27 Aug 2026, at 11:48, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Two tickets came in over the past month.
