Daniel Okafor asked Callum Reid for a thirty-minute check-in. Callum agreed, put the dip down to holiday cover, and asked for a straight answer on refresh timing for the bordereaux dashboards and who owns it.

Customer view: Callum says nothing is wrong with the product that he knows of and that the usage dip is two people out on holiday. Both recent tickets are closed, though one took longer than he liked.

Ask: He wants an answer on 07:00 refresh timing and a named owner if it slips, and asks Daniel to bring the timings.

Next: The call is a Thursday morning or Friday afternoon slot, to be confirmed.

Hello Callum, Thank you for your time on the last call. I would like to get our next check-in booked so we can look at how the underwriting operations team is using the brain and whether the morning dashboards are where you need them. Usage has dipped slightly over the past few weeks, which is not unusual for the summer, but I would like to understand if anything is getting in the way for your team. There were also a couple of tickets recently, neither of them urgent, and I want to be sure they were closed to your satisfaction. Would you have thirty minutes later this week or early next week? I will fit around you. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thursday morning or Friday after lunch works. Thirty minutes is fine. What I need from it: a straight answer on refresh timing for the bordereaux dashboards, and who in your team owns it if it slips. Dashboards have to be right at 07:00, and that's a capacity-provider question, not mine. The dip is holiday cover. Two of my people are out. Nothing wrong with the product that I know of.
