Daniel Okafor asked Imogen Hartley for a check-in after growing usage and several tickets. Imogen replied that the real question is morning reliability, asked for Callum Reid to join, and wants to go through the tickets.

Customer view: Imogen welcomes the rise in users but says it makes any wobble noticed quickly. She has had conversations this month she would rather not repeat.

Ask: She wants the ticket-level detail reviewed, not the headline numbers, with Callum present because he feels the morning refresh most. Thursday afternoon suits her best.

Risk: Reliability of the nightly refresh is the test of value for her, and it sits under the Enterprise tier.

Hello Imogen, I hope the first few months at Fenmoor are treating you well. Just to close the loop on our last call, I promised you a proper look at how the team is getting on with the brain, and I would like to put a check-in in the diary. Two things are on my mind. Usage has grown nicely since the spring, which is good to see, but there have also been a handful of tickets raised with us over the last few weeks, and a few of them were marked high priority. I would rather hear from you how that has felt on your side than read it off a dashboard. How is the team finding it? Could we find forty minutes sometime in the next week or so? I am happy to work around your calendar, and I can bring whoever from our side would be useful if you would like the support engineers in the room. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thank you for raising it, and yes, let's make it count. The real question is whether the underwriting teams can rely on the brain being right first thing in the morning. More people are using it, which is what I wanted, but it also means any wobble gets noticed quickly, and I have had a couple of conversations this month that I would rather not repeat. I am free on Thursday afternoon or most of Friday. Callum Reid should probably join us, as he feels the morning refresh more than anyone. I would like to go through the tickets together, not just the headline numbers. On 28 Jul 2026, at 15:58, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Could we find forty minutes sometime in the next week or so?
