Callum Reid agreed a Thursday check-in but put the marine submissions and claims view first, asking for a clear status and a live date. He put the quieter activity down to leave and a binder renewal.

Ask: Callum wants the marine view, which he calls a capacity-provider question with one waiting on him. He wants a status, not an update that BG-Demo is looking into it.

Customer view: He says nothing is wrong with the brain and the quieter activity is mostly leave. The unanswered marine request is the point of friction.

Next: Daniel sends the invitation for Thursday after 09:30 and brings a dated answer on the marine view.

Hello Callum, I hope the week is going well. I wanted to get our next check-in into the diary before the end of the month, given that your current term runs to 30 Jun 2026. A few things I would like to cover, so you can tell me if any of it is not worth your time: - How the team is finding it day to day. Activity looks a little quieter than last quarter, which is not unusual at this time of year, but I would rather hear it from you than guess. - The marine submissions and claims view we spoke about on the QBR call, and where we have got to. - What you and Richard will need from us for the renewal, so that nothing arrives as a surprise. Could you suggest two or three slots that suit you? Forty minutes should be plenty. I will come back to you by the end of the day with a confirmed invitation once I hear. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Sorry for the delay, month end bordereaux got in the way. What I need is the marine view first. That is a capacity-provider question and I have one waiting on me. Can you bring a clear status on that, not just an update that you are looking into it? By when can it be live? Quieter activity is mostly leave and a couple of people tied up on a binder renewal. Nothing wrong with the brain. Slots: Tuesday or Thursday next week, after 09:30. Thursday is better. Send the invitation. Callum
