What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR, Richard Thorne, the COO, asked for a one-page value summary for the board and for the renewal cost stated in writing before anything is agreed. The term runs to 30 Jun 2026.
Ask: Richard wants a simple summary of what the team uses the brain for and what it has saved them. He also wants the all-in renewal cost in writing.
Customer view: He confirmed Daniel's recap was accurate and left operational corrections to Callum. He would rather see the price plainly than discover it at the end of June.
Next: Daniel owes the one-page summary and the marine submissions and claims view. Priya Raman owns the commercial position. The thread does not show how the renewal concluded.

- Daniel Okafor 20 May 2026 17:30Dear Callum, dear Richard, Thank you both for your time on the QBR call. I wanted to close the loop in writing while it is fresh. A few points from the discussion: - Usage across the Growth licence is steady. The team is working well inside the 40 licensed users, and the underwriting operations group is still the heaviest user, mainly for bordereaux queries and capacity-provider oversight questions. - Support has been quiet. One ticket in the last month, nothing urgent, and nothing open that is holding your team up. - Callum's team asked for a clearer view of submissions against claims tickets for the marine book. I will take that away and come back to you by the end of next week with what is possible on the current set-up. One housekeeping item. Your current term runs to 30 Jun 2026, so the renewal conversation is due. Priya, copied here, will pick up the commercial side and I will stay close on adoption and the review of how the team is finding it. Richard, if it helps, I can put together a one-page summary of what the brain is being used for, which you can take to the board. Please tell me if I have missed or misremembered anything from the call. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
- Richard Thorne 21 May 2026 14:04Daniel, Thank you for the note. It reflects the call. The one-page summary would be useful. Keep it simple: what the team uses it for, and what it has saved them. I will need to take that to the board. On the renewal, I would like the position in writing before anything is agreed. What does this cost us, all in? I would rather have that stated plainly than discover it at the end of June. Callum will tell you if the operational detail needs correcting. Regards, Richard Thorne
