What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callum Reid, Head of Underwriting Operations, asked for the quarterly review before the end of the month, on a mid-week morning. He wants figures showing whether the refresh lands by 07:00 every day, as he has to answer capacity providers.
Ask: Daniel Okafor proposed an hour with Callum Reid and his heaviest users. Callum set the terms: before the end of the month, Tuesday or Wednesday of the week after next, at 09:30 or 10:00.
Customer view: Callum is brisk and focused on a service question. He wants dashboard numbers on whether the refresh lands by 07:00 every day, because capacity providers ask him.
Next: Daniel confirms a slot and brings the refresh numbers. The evidence does not show the actual refresh record.

- Daniel Okafor 13 May 2026 17:41Hello Callum, Thank you for your time on the recent call. As promised, I would like to get the next quarterly review booked before the diary fills up. My suggestion is an hour, with you and whoever from your team uses the brain most for the bordereaux and oversight questions. I would like to show you how the usage has moved, which of your forty licensed seats are being used, and where you feel it is helping most with the capacity providers. I would also like to hear what is still eating your team's week, because that is where I can be most useful. Could you send me two or three slots over the next couple of weeks that suit you? I will fit around you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 14 May 2026 13:51Daniel, What I need is the review before the end of the month, and ideally mid-week. Mornings are best, we are in binder mode after lunch. Tuesday or Wednesday of the week after next, 09:30 or 10:00. Tell me which you can do and I will hold it. Please bring the dashboard numbers for the refresh, specifically whether they are landing by 07:00 every day. That is a capacity-provider question and I want to be able to answer it. Callum
