Daniel Okafor and Imogen Hartley fixed a Thursday 10:00 check-in. Imogen framed it as what the brain should do for Fenmoor a year from now, and Daniel will bring usage and options for the term after 30 Jun 2026.

Ask: Daniel Okafor asked for a thirty-minute check-in as the term runs to 30 Jun 2026. Imogen Hartley chose Thursday morning before 11:00 and asked for someone from underwriting operations to join.

Customer view: She wants the conversation to start from the business question, not the feature list. She is looking a year ahead, beyond what Fenmoor bought the brain for.

Next: Daniel will send an invitation for 10:00 and bring usage and a short list of options for the following term. The evidence does not show what was decided.

Hello Imogen, Thank you again for making time for me when you started at Fenmoor. It was good to talk about the brain with someone who already knows it so well. I would like to put a check-in in the diary: thirty minutes, nothing formal. I would like to hear how the team is finding it, walk you through how it is being used across the business, and talk through what you would want from it as the current term runs to 30 Jun 2026. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you next week? I am flexible, and happy to fit around your calendar. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thanks for this. It is a good moment for it. I have spent the last couple of weeks getting a proper view of where data sits in the business, and the real question is what we want the brain to be doing for us a year from now, not just whether it is doing what we bought it for. Thursday morning works for me, ideally before 11:00. Failing that, Friday after lunch. I would like someone from underwriting operations to join if their diary allows, since they are the people who live in it day to day. I have seen this work well when the conversation starts from the business question rather than the feature list, so let's make it count. Best, Imogen

Hello Imogen, Thursday morning it is. I will send an invitation for 10:00 and copy in the underwriting operations team once you have confirmed who from there should come. I will bring a simple picture of usage over the last few months and a short list of options for the term after 30 Jun 2026, so we have something concrete to react to. If there is a particular question you would like me to prepare for, just say and I will come back to you with it before Thursday. Just to close the loop: the invitation will follow tomorrow. Best wishes, Daniel
