- Daniel Okafor 10 Apr 2026 14:45Hello Imogen, I hope the week has been kind to you. I wanted to write properly now that you have had a few weeks to settle in at Fenmoor, and to say how good it is to be working with you again after the years we spent together on the Lornefield side. Just to close the loop on where things stand from my end: usage has been climbing nicely over the last few months, and there is nothing open with our support team at the moment. That is always a good sign, though it does not tell me how the team is actually finding it. Would you be up for a catch-up call in the next couple of weeks? I'd like to hear what your people are asking the brain, what is still being reconciled by hand, and what you would want from us before the term ends on 30 Jun 2026. It would also help me to know who else should join, so I can make sure the right people are in the room. If there is a day that suits, tell me and I'll work around it. Best wishes, Daniel
- Imogen Hartley 10 Apr 2026 16:18Hi Daniel, Lovely to hear from you, and it is good to have a familiar face on the other side. You are right that I have only just got my feet under the table. The quiet on the support front matches what I'm hearing. People are using it, and underwriting operations seem to find it genuinely useful for oversight questions. The real question for me is whether we are getting the most out of it across the whole business, so I would welcome the conversation. How about the week after next? Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon would suit me. I'll ask one of the operations leads to join, since they are closest to what people actually ask. One small request: could you bring a simple picture of who is using it and who is not, among the 40 licensed users? I'd like to see where the gaps are before we talk about anything bigger. Best, Imogen
