Priya Raman asked for a session to agree an executive sponsor. Imogen Hartley replied that she wants to bring in the chief operating officer first, asked Priya to hold off inviting anyone else, and proposed a Friday 10:00 call between the two of them.

Ask: Priya wants thirty minutes with Imogen and a sponsor to agree what a sponsor owns, what Fenmoor sees each quarter, and how this sits with the renewal on 30 Jun 2026.

Customer view: Imogen is engaged but controls the pace. She says an expansion drifts without a sponsor who shows up.

Next: Imogen will return by the end of that week with a name and slots. An executive sponsor is an Enterprise feature, so this points to expansion.

Hi Imogen, Thanks again for making the time on our last call. It was really useful to hear how you see the brain fitting into the way Fenmoor answers its capacity providers' oversight questions, and I know you have seen this work well elsewhere. To keep momentum, I'd like to get a short session in the diary with you and whoever you think should be the executive sponsor on the Fenmoor side. Nothing heavy: thirty minutes to agree what a sponsor would actually own, what you would want to see from us each quarter, and how that sits alongside the renewal at the end of the current term on 30 Jun 2026. I could do Thursday or Friday this week, or most of next week. Mornings are easiest for me, but I'm happy to work around you. Would you rather I put something in the calendar, or would you prefer to suggest who else should be on the invite first? Happy to make this easy, so just tell me what suits. Best, Priya

Hi Priya, Thank you, and yes, let's make it count. The real question is who at Fenmoor is prepared to put their name to the data programme, because without a sponsor who shows up an expansion tends to drift. I would rather settle that properly than rush an invite out. I would like to bring our chief operating officer into the conversation. I have not asked yet, so please hold off on sending anything to anyone else. Give me until the end of this week to speak to them and I will come back with a name and a couple of slots. If Friday morning is still free for you, I can probably use it for a first conversation between the two of us beforehand, just to agree what we want to ask of a sponsor. Thirty minutes is plenty. Say 10:00? Best, Imogen On 16 Mar 2026, at 15:28, Priya Raman wrote: > I could do Thursday or Friday this week, or most of next week. > Mornings are easiest for me, but I'm happy to work around you.
