What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Richard Thorne, Chief Operating Officer, asked for the all-in cost of the upgrade against the current Growth subscription. Priya Raman offered five percent off list if agreed by the end of March, with a draft order form to follow.
Ask: Richard wants the cost stated simply, compared with what Fenmoor pays now, because it goes to the board. He also asked how the upgrade sits against the term running to 30 Jun 2026.
Customer view: He accepts the operations case and finds Growth usage encouraging, but does not want surprises after the decision.
Next: Priya will send a draft order form with subscription and implementation fee split out, plus a one-page note for the board. The draft is an open item, and her reply gave no all-in figure.

- Richard Thorne 10 Mar 2026 09:51Priya, Imogen has briefed me on the upgrade. I understand the case from the operations side and the usage on the current Growth subscription is encouraging. Before I take this further, I need the position stated simply. What does this cost us, all in, compared with what we pay now? I will need to take that to the board, and I would prefer not to be surprised by anything after the decision is made. Please also confirm how this sits against the current term, which runs to 30 Jun 2026. Keep it simple. Regards, Richard Thorne
- Priya Raman 13 Mar 2026 12:18Richard, Imogen, Thanks for the clear steer, Richard. Happy to make this easy. The short version: to keep momentum, I can offer five percent off the list price of the upgrade if we can get this over the line by the end of March. That is a first-term discount only, and the all-in figure on the order form will show the subscription and the one-off implementation fee separately, so there are no surprises when it goes to the board. I will send the draft order form across with those lines split out. On the current term: the Growth subscription of £44,000 a year runs to 30 Jun 2026 and the upgrade would sit alongside it, so you would not be paying twice. I'll set that out in a single page for the board pack. Imogen, would it help if I joined a short call with you both next week to walk through it?
