What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Imogen Hartley, newly Chief Data Officer at Fenmoor, asked Daniel Okafor how the brain is used, which sources are connected and when the contract renews. Daniel replied on 6 Mar 2026 with a general picture and offered a call first.
Ask: Imogen wants to know whether the brain serves a few people in underwriting operations or the whole business. She also asked for the contract date and introductions to Callum and Richard.
Customer view: She is warm and familiar with the product, but she is judging adoption herself. Daniel described Growth tier, 40 licensed users, a contract to 30 Jun 2026 and rising usage.
Next: Daniel promised to come back by Tuesday with times, and wants to talk before putting detail in writing. The evidence does not show a reply from Imogen.

- Imogen Hartley 4 Mar 2026 16:55Hi Daniel, You will see this is a new address. I have started as Chief Data Officer at Fenmoor this week, so it seems we are going to be working together again, only from a different chair. I will be honest: I did not need an introduction to the brain, but I do need to understand how Fenmoor is actually using it. The real question is whether it is a tool for a few people in underwriting operations or something the whole business leans on. I have seen this work in both directions, and I would like to know which one I have inherited. Could you send me a picture of where the account stands: who is using it, which sources are connected and when the contract comes round? I would also value an introduction to Callum and Richard, if you are happy to make it, though I suspect you know them far better than I do at this point. Let's make it count. Best, Imogen
- Daniel Okafor 6 Mar 2026 12:43Hi Imogen, Congratulations, and welcome. It is very good to see your name on a Fenmoor address, and I was delighted when I heard. Thank you for writing on Wednesday 4 March 2026; I wanted to give you a proper answer rather than a quick one. First, a bit of housekeeping. I have added you as a new contact for Fenmoor, separate from your earlier record, so the right person gets the right notes from us from now on. On where things stand, in general terms. Fenmoor is on the Growth tier, with 40 licensed users, and the contract runs to 30 Jun 2026. Usage has been climbing over the last quarter and the account is healthy on the support and invoicing side. Callum is the person who knows the day-to-day best, and he cares most about the dashboards being right first thing in the morning. Richard sits on the commercial side, and is sparing with words, so a short note works better with him than a long one. I would be glad to introduce you to both. Rather than send a long paper, I think it is better if we talk it through first, so I can tell you what I would not put in writing. I'll come back to you by Tuesday with a couple of times that suit. How are you finding the first week? Best wishes, Daniel
