As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR call, Callum Reid confirmed Daniel Okafor's summary. He wants the exact morning data landing time, will list non-users, and will fix a renewal date only once Richard has looked at it.
Customer view: Callum's priority is dashboards right at 07:00, because capacity providers ask him when data lands. Usage was described as steady and a little up on last quarter, with no open tickets.
Renewal: the contract runs to 30 Jun 2026. Callum said "Not before" Richard has looked at it, so no renewal date is set in the thread.
Next: Daniel owes the freshness note by Friday. Callum's list of unused seats may show headroom or a case for fewer users.

- Daniel Okafor 16 Feb 2026 15:50Hi Callum, Thanks for your time on the call today, and for being so direct about what you need from the brain. Just to close the loop, here is how I heard it. - Usage is steady and a little up on last quarter, with no open tickets and nothing outstanding on the invoicing side. - Your priority is the dashboards being right at 07:00, so your underwriters see clean numbers before the day starts and the oversight questions from your capacity providers can be answered from one view. - Your licence covers 40 users, and you said you would like to look at who on your team is not yet using it. - The contract runs to 30 Jun 2026, so we should agree when to sit down properly on renewal. You are better placed than I am to say when that suits your side. I'll come back to you by Friday with a short note on the freshness checks for the nightly refresh, so you have something concrete to point to. How is the team finding it day to day? If anything has been irritating them that never reached a ticket, I would rather hear it from you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 16 Feb 2026 16:03Daniel, That matches what I said. Two points. Friday on the refresh note is fine. What I need is the time the data lands each morning, not a general description. That's a capacity-provider question and I will get asked it. On the users: I will have a list of who is not logged in by the end of next week. Nothing to do on your side until then. Renewal, let's get the date in the diary once Richard has looked at it. Not before. Callum
