What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor's notes record fewer underwriters asking questions and distrust of the bordereaux view. Callum Reid wants a date for the refresh diagnosis, agrees a short underwriter session, and says commercial matters sit with someone else.
Ask: Callum rejects an open-ended 'looking into it' and wants a day by which BG-Demo will say what is wrong with the refresh. He accepts the working session if kept to underwriters and short.
Customer view: Daniel noted 40 licensed users and a term ending 30 Jun 2026. Callum says the term and anything commercial is not his to discuss.
Next: The renewal decision-maker at Fenmoor is not identified in the thread and needs to be found well before the term ends.

- Daniel Okafor 12 Jan 2026 12:25Hello Callum, Thank you again for your time on the check-in. Just to close the loop, here are my notes so you can correct anything I have got wrong. What I heard: - Fewer of your underwriters are asking questions in the brain than a few months ago, and you would like that turned around. - The bordereaux view is the main sticking point, because the team does not yet trust it first thing in the morning. - Capacity-provider oversight questions are still the reason you bought the brain, and you want it answering them reliably. What I will do: - Look at the nightly refresh for the connectors behind the bordereaux view and come back to you with what I find. - Offer a short working session for your underwriters, aimed at the questions they are actually asked. One other thing, for completeness. You are licensed for 40 users and the current term runs to 30 Jun 2026. I would like us to be sure the brain is earning its place well before then, so I will check in again in a few weeks. Is there anyone else on your side who should be on these notes? Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 14 Jan 2026 11:22Daniel, Notes are fair. A couple of points. On the bordereaux view: by when can you tell me what is wrong with the refresh? "Looking into it" is not enough for me. I need a day, because the capacity providers will not wait. On the working session: yes, but keep it to the underwriters and keep it short. They will not give you more than an hour. The term and anything commercial is not mine to discuss. That sits with someone else here, and I will make sure they know you will be in touch nearer the time. Callum
