What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callum Reid accepted Daniel Okafor's check-in and set a pointed agenda: why dashboards are used less, the bordereaux view his team does not trust at 07:00, and getting underwriters back before the next capacity-provider round.
Ask: Callum wants a straight answer on the fall in dashboard use. He says some of it is people being out, but not all of it.
Customer view: His team still does not fully trust the 07:00 bordereaux view, and he links adoption to the next capacity-provider round.
Next: Daniel meets Callum on Thursday at 10:00. Daniel opened by noting activity quieter than expected, so both sides now agree usage has dropped.

- Daniel Okafor 6 Jan 2026 10:45Hello Callum, I hope the break was a restful one, and that the team has come back in good spirits. I would like to find half an hour for a check-in on how Fenmoor is getting on with the brain. Looking at the account, activity has been quieter than I would expect, and I would rather hear from you directly than guess at the reasons. It may well be the holiday period, but I would like to close the loop on it. Could you do Thursday or Friday this week? Mornings suit me best, around 10:00 or 11:00. If neither works, tell me what does and I will move things around. How is the team finding it at the moment? Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 6 Jan 2026 11:34Daniel, Thursday at 10:00 works. What I need from it: a straight answer on why the dashboards are not being used as much as they were. Some of that is people being out. Not all of it, and I would rather say so now. Two other things for the agenda. One, the bordereaux view, which my team still does not fully trust at 07:00. Two, what you can do to get my underwriters back in there before the next capacity-provider round. Callum
