As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nadia Osei told Priya Raman that security sign-off will land in the new year, with three conditions. Priya committed to written evidence, a residency statement in the document and a refreshed submission early in the first week back.
Ask: Nadia wants two verbally answered controls evidenced in writing and the data residency position stated in the document itself. She also will not set a date before the capacity providers have seen the supplier documents.
Customer view: She calls it the order in which their process runs, not a refusal. The subject line ties the review to the upgrade timetable, but the thread does not name a tier.
Next: Priya will get the evidence, add residency to the documentation and offer a call with Hannah's team.

- Nadia Osei 23 Dec 2025 13:53Hello Priya, Thank you for the pack you sent over last week. I have been through it and I want to be straightforward about timing, so that nobody plans around a date I cannot stand behind. Our security sign-off will land in the new year, not before the holiday break. The reasons, for your planning: 1. The capacity providers have not yet seen the supplier pack. I do not set a sign-off date before they have. 2. Two of the controls in the questionnaire are still answered verbally on your side. Can you evidence those in writing, for the audit trail? 3. I will need the data residency position stated in the document itself, not in an email. None of this is a refusal. It is simply the order in which our process runs, and I would rather be exact than quick. Kind regards, Nadia
- Priya Raman 23 Dec 2025 15:52Hi Nadia, Thanks for the clear steer, and for getting back before the break. That really helps. Understood on the new year. To keep momentum, here is what I will do on our side: - Get written evidence for the two controls you flagged, in the questionnaire format, so you have something to show an auditor. - Put the data residency position into the pack itself, as you asked. - Send the refreshed pack across as early as I can in the first week back, so it is ready to go to the capacity providers whenever you are. Happy to make this easy: if it would help to have a short call with Hannah's team on the technical answers, say the word and I will set it up. If we can get the pack in front of the providers early in the new year, that gives you the most room. In the meantime, have a good Christmas. Best, Priya
