Callum Reid accepted a Thursday morning check-in with Daniel Okafor and asked for a straight answer on two open tickets and a date by which the bordereaux view will be right at 07:00. No answer is in the thread.

Ask: Callum wants clarity on the two open tickets and on what is coming on dashboards. The bordereaux view is the one the syndicates keep asking about.

Customer view: impatient with a firm deadline. He asked by when the 07:00 freshness can be locked down and capped the meeting at forty-five minutes.

Next: Daniel to bring ticket detail and a committed date. Fenmoor sits on Growth, which carries no freshness service credit, so this is a retention and trust issue.

Hello Callum, I hope the week has been kind to you. I'm writing to find a time for our next check-in on the Fenmoor brain. It has been a little while since we sat down properly, and I'd like to hear how the team is finding it, particularly now that more of your underwriters seem to be asking it questions directly. From my side, I'd like to cover three things: how the capacity-provider oversight questions are going from the single view, whether the nightly refresh is landing for you before the morning rush, and anything you would like changed before the winter renewals season gets busy. If there is something specific you want out of the hour, tell me and I'll build the agenda around it. Could you let me know which days suit you early next week? Thirty or forty-five minutes is plenty, and I'm happy to fit around your diary. Just to close the loop on the last one: the two tickets that came in recently have both been picked up by the support team, and I'll bring the details with me. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thursday morning works. Anything from 09:30 to 11:00 is fine, after that I'm in with the binder team. What I need is a straight answer on the two open tickets and a view of what's coming on the dashboards side. The bordereaux view is the one the syndicates keep asking about, and it has to be right at 07:00. By when can that be locked down? Agenda is fine as you have it. Keep it to the forty-five minutes.
