As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Alice Brewer invited Kofi Mensah to the BG-Demo stand at an Amsterdam data leaders conference on Wednesday 8 October 2025. A marketing event invitation only; there is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Alice asked Kofi to visit the stand and, if he was willing, to talk to visitors about a normal working day with the marine team.
Customer view: none recorded. There is no customer response in the thread, and the invitation depends on his underwriter agreeing.
Next: Alice wanted a yes, no or maybe by the end of the following week. Any use of his words in material needs his written approval first.

- Alice Brewer 14 Sep 2025 11:20Hi Kofi, I hope you're well. Apologies for writing on a Sunday: I'm clearing my list before the week starts. We will have a BG-Demo stand at a data leaders conference in Amsterdam on Wednesday 8 October 2025, and I'd like to invite you to come along and spend some time with us there. It is an in-person event, and the stand will be staffed by people from our team who work with customers every day. Why you? The story here is how underwriting teams use the brain day to day. You are in it most days with the marine team, working submissions and bordereaux queries, and that practical view is exactly what other attendees tend to want to hear. There is no presentation to prepare and no obligation to talk about anything you would rather not. If you are happy to chat with visitors about what a normal working day looks like, that would be wonderful. If you would rather just come, look around and hear the other sessions, that is fine too. A few practical points. Please check with your underwriter before you reply, as I would not want to pull you out of the office without their agreement. If it works for the two of you, I will send the logistics separately. If anything you say ends up in our material, I'll send a draft for your approval first, and nothing goes out under your name or Fenmoor's without your written agreement. Could you let me know by the end of next week whether you can make it? A quick yes or no is plenty, and a maybe is fine if you need longer. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
