Daniel Okafor summarised the QBR for Callum Reid and Richard Thorne: roughly ten or eleven active users against 40 licensed, no tickets or overdue invoices, and a renewal conversation to come before 30 Jun 2026.

Position: the Growth contract runs to 30 Jun 2026 at £44k a year. Active use is a small core of the 40 licensed seats, which is headroom but also a value question at renewal.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread.

Next: Daniel will bring more underwriters in, send a list of questions the brain answers best for capacity-provider reviews, and open the renewal conversation early.

Hello Callum, Richard, Thank you both for making the time. Richard, I know you were not on the call itself, so this is the short version, as Callum asked. Where things stand - The brain is being used day to day by a core group in underwriting operations. Roughly ten or eleven people are active in a typical month, against 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom on the Growth subscription. - Callum's priority was the oversight view for capacity providers: submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity in one place. We went through how the team can answer those questions directly rather than assembling them by hand. - There have been no support tickets and no overdue invoices, so nothing is outstanding from our side. What happens next - I will pick up with Callum on which of his underwriters should be brought in next, so more of the licensed seats are put to work. - I will send Callum a short list of the questions the brain answers best for the capacity-provider reviews, so he can test them against what he is asked. - The contract runs to 30 Jun 2026 at £44,000 a year, and I will come back to you well ahead of that with a proper conversation about renewal rather than a surprise. If anything in this does not match your recollection of the call, please tell me and I will correct it. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
