As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman recapped the Enterprise proposal at £125k total value including implementation. Richard Thorne asked for one page with all-in cost, made no commitment, and said the renewal should not wait.
Ask: Priya set out the Growth subscription at £44k for 40 users and the Enterprise proposal at £125k including the one-off fee, with a decision expected by 30 Sep 2025. She suggested settling the renewal first and treating Enterprise separately.
Customer view: Richard wants one page showing the renewal, and the Enterprise offer with the one-off fee on its own line. He will take any scope change to the board.
Next: Callum is named for day-to-day detail, and Priya owes the one-page cost summary.

- Priya Raman 10 Jun 2025 11:51Hello Callum, hello Richard, Thank you both for your time on the call. A short follow-up so we all have the same picture in writing. Where things stand: Fenmoor's Growth subscription, contracted at £44,000 a year for 40 users, runs to 30 Jun 2025. The proposal we discussed moves Fenmoor to Enterprise, which brings single sign-on, an executive sponsor and the higher service levels, and is aimed squarely at the oversight questions from your capacity providers. The deal as proposed has a total value of £125,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee, and our working expectation is a decision by 30 Sep 2025. The next step is simple: Richard, if you can tell me what you would need to see to take this forward, I'll put it together. To keep momentum, I'd suggest we settle the renewal of the current subscription first so there is no gap at the end of the month, and then treat the move to Enterprise as a separate decision. Happy to make this easy. Let me know what's most useful. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Richard Thorne 12 Jun 2025 16:48Ms Raman, Thank you for the note. What does this cost us, all in? Please set out one page: the renewal of the current subscription, and separately the Enterprise proposal with the one-off fee shown on its own line. Keep it simple. I'll need to take any change in scope to the board. I make no commitment at this stage, and the renewal should not wait on the larger question. Callum will cover the day-to-day detail with you. Regards, Richard Thorne
