Priya Raman books a one-hour discovery conversation with Callum Reid for Thursday at 10:00, ahead of the end of the current term. Callum asks for a clear agenda and whether Richard is needed. Priya says commercial terms would go to Richard separately.

Ask: Priya wants to cover current use, questions still unanswered from one view, and what the next term should look like. Callum accepts Thursday 10:00 and asks what is to be covered and who should attend.

Customer view: Callum is cooperative but wants control of the agenda and the attendees. Priya tells him Richard is not needed for this call.

Next: Priya sends the invite and the commercial conversation with Richard comes later, with Daniel Okafor as CSM.

Hi Callum, Hope the week is off to a good start. To keep momentum before the end of your current term, I'd like to set up a discovery conversation: what your team is getting from the brain today, where the oversight questions from your capacity providers are still taking too long, and what you'd want from the next year. I'd suggest an hour. Would Thursday at 10:00 or Friday at 14:00 work for you? Happy to make this easy, so if neither suits, send me two slots that do and I'll fit around you. Best, Priya

Priya, Thursday 10:00 works. Not Friday, I'm tied up with bordereaux sign-off. What I need is a clear list of what you want to cover, so I can bring the right people from my side. Is Richard needed, or is this just operations? By when do you need that answered? Callum

Hi Callum, Thanks, that's great. Thursday at 10:00 it is, and I'll send the invite tonight. On the agenda, three things: how your underwriters and operations team are using the brain now, the questions you still can't answer from one view, and what the next term should look like. That's operations territory, so you don't need Richard for this one. If we get to commercial terms, we'll pick that up with him separately, and Daniel will be involved as your CSM. If you can let me know by the end of tomorrow whether anyone else from your team is joining, I'll make sure we have the right material on screen. Best, Priya
