As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR, Callum Reid confirms Daniel Okafor's action list but presses for a straight answer on the 07:00 refresh and a fix date. He wants the summary first and will name the commercial owner for the renewal paperwork later.
Ask: Callum wants a straight answer on whether the dashboards are right at 07:00 every business day, and a fix date if there is a gap. He also wants the question summary sent to him first so he controls the capacity provider wording.
Customer view: He agrees the action list but is watching the clock on the refresh. The commercial side is not his, and he has not yet said who owns the renewal paperwork.
Next: Daniel owes the refresh findings and the paperwork. The thread does not show a renewal decision or a named approver.

- Daniel Okafor 20 May 2025 13:45Hi Callum, Thank you for your time this morning, and for bringing your team along. It helps me enormously to hear directly from the people asking the questions. Just to close the loop on what we agreed: - I'll look at the morning refresh timings with our support team and come back to you with what we find, by the end of this week. - I'll send over a short summary of how your team's questions have been split across submissions, bordereaux queries and claims tickets, so you have something to show your capacity providers if they ask. - Your contract runs to 30 Jun 2025, and I'll send the renewal paperwork across for the right person on your side to review. I won't leave it late. If I've missed or misremembered anything, please tell me and I'll correct it. Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 23 May 2025 14:26Daniel, Thanks for the note. Your list is right. On the refresh: you said end of the week and it's Friday. What I need is a straight answer on whether the dashboards are right at 07:00, every business day. If there's a gap, by when is it fixed? The summary is useful. Send it to me first and I'll decide what goes to the capacity providers. That's a capacity-provider question and I'd rather control the wording. On the renewal paperwork, the commercial side isn't mine. Send it to me and I'll pass it to the right person here. I'll tell you who once I've spoken to them. Callum
