What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nell Ashcombe invited Callum Reid to the 19 Sep 2024 Growth webinar, citing a usage dip over the last quarter and asking what happened. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: Nell asked Callum to join the webinar on 19 Sep 2024, to say why fewer underwriters are opening the brain, and to say what he would need to leave with.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the reason for the dip is not shown.
Next: Nell offered a short call with Daniel to go through actual workflows if the webinar does not answer the capacity providers' questions.

- Nell Ashcombe 2 Sep 2024 15:17Callum, I'm writing myself rather than leaving this to the marketing list, because I'd like you there. We're running an online webinar on Thursday 19 Sep 2024 for customers on the Growth tier, and I think it's worth an hour of your time. I'll be straight about why. Usage on your account has dipped over the last quarter, and fewer of your underwriters seem to be opening the brain than when you first rolled it out. That's not a complaint and nobody here is pointing a finger. It's usually a sign that the questions people ask have drifted away from what the brain was set up to answer, or that a couple of people moved on and the habit went with them. Either way, say what happened, say how you know: I'd rather hear it from you than guess. The session will show how other teams in specialty insurance keep their oversight questions flowing through one view, and how they get new starters asking the brain from week one. You have forty licensed users, and I'd like to see more of them getting value from that. Let me know whether you can join on Thursday 19 Sep 2024. And tell me what you would need to leave with, because if the session doesn't answer your capacity providers' questions I would sooner set up a short call with Daniel instead and go through your actual workflows. No need for a long reply. A line either way is fine. Best, Nell
