As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman sent the Growth order form at a deal value of £56k including implementation. Richard Thorne asked for a one-line confirmation of the all-in cost, said the board must see it and would not commit to Monday 17 Jun 2024.
Ask: Priya asked for signature by Monday 17 Jun 2024 so Daniel Okafor could start implementation planning. She stressed that £56k is the total deal value and not an annual subscription price.
Customer view: Richard has read the form and still wants one answer on whether anything sits on top of £56k other than VAT. He needs board sign-off and gave no date.
Next: a short written confirmation of what is and is not on top of the figure, which the thread does not show being sent.

- Priya Raman 13 Jun 2024 15:55Hi Richard, Thanks again for your time this week. As promised, the order form for the Growth tier is attached, ready for signature. A quick recap of where we are: the scope is as we discussed, one view across submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. The deal value on the form is £56,000. That is the total for the deal and it includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as an annual subscription price. I have kept the form simple so it reads easily alongside the MSA. To keep momentum, if we can get this over the line by Monday 17 Jun 2024, Daniel Okafor can start planning the implementation with your team straight away. Happy to make this easy: if it helps, I can walk you or anyone on your side through the form in ten minutes. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Richard Thorne 14 Jun 2024 15:04Thank you for the order form. I have read it. My question is the same as before: what does this cost us, all in? I take your point that £56,000 includes the implementation fee. Please confirm in a single line whether anything else will appear on top of that figure, other than VAT. I will need to take this to the board. I cannot say that it will be done by Monday. I will let you know once I have an answer. Please keep it simple. A short reply is sufficient. Regards, Richard Thorne
