Draft Starter proposal from Jordan Pike dated 6 May 2026: £22k annual licence plus £6,000 implementation, £28k first year total. States 99.5% availability and a 4-hour P1 response. Unsigned, so not a contract.

What it is: a proposal for the Starter tier, prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, and dated 6 May 2026. It is stored as draft and the signature line is blank.

Commits: it sets out the scope as "Standard support (4-hour P1 response, 99.5% availability)", with implementation in four weeks. The price is £22k for the annual licence and £6,000 for implementation, billed with "30 days from invoice" terms.

Unusual: it says renewals are priced at "the current year's list price for the Starter tier", which is not a fixed renewal price. The closing line says it only becomes part of the contract "once signed".

Not settled: the text does not show that the customer signed or that an order form followed. It also does not show whether the go-live by mid-June happened, so the executed order form, if one exists, decides the terms.

Proposal

Llano Crossing Software, B-Glass (Starter)

Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive Date: 6 May 2026 Valid for: 30 days from this date

1. Executive Summary

Llano Crossing Software's customer success team manages hundreds of inspection and permitting tickets each month and receives feedback from customers on every call. Today, they reconcile tickets in the helpdesk against usage in the product, against notes from support calls, by hand.

B-Glass will allow them to query: "Which customers had five or more tickets in the past month and didn't open the map feature?" or "Which calls mentioned 'permission denied' and haven't been resolved?". The Customer can reduce re-work, spot product gaps faster, and defend request prioritisation to product development.

2. Scope

We will implement the Starter tier, including:

  • Up to fifteen users (soft limit)
  • Integration of four systems: helpdesk, customer call recordings, product usage logs and email archives
  • Pages, chat and search interface
  • Six-monthly check-in calls with BG-Demo
  • Standard support (4-hour P1 response, 99.5% availability)
