Parties
This agreement is between BB-Demo, a London data business ("BB-Demo"), and Clashmore Recruitment of Cork ("the Customer").
The BB-Demo account owner is Lewis Kerr, Account Executive. The Customer's customer success manager is Elena Novak.
Services
BB-Demo will provide the Company Brain on the Starter tier, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with the one-off Starter implementation described in the order lines below.

Term
The subscription starts on 18 Sep 2025 and ends on 17 Sep 2026, unless renewed in writing. BB-Demo's customer success manager will raise renewal with the Customer ahead of the end date.

Service credits are given for a failure to meet the availability commitment. They are not given for data freshness on the Starter tier.
Fees and payment
- The annual subscription fee is invoiced annually in advance.
- The implementation fee is a one-off, fixed fee and is invoiced once.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days.
- Amounts are in pounds sterling.
Data and security
The Customer's data stays in the Customer's own Snowflake account. BB-Demo accesses it only to provide and support the services, and will process it in line with the data processing terms agreed alongside this agreement.
General
This agreement, with the executed order form, is the whole agreement between the parties on the services. Where the executed order form differs from this document, the order form prevails.
Open points before signature
- The Customer to confirm its authorised signatory by job title.
- The Customer to confirm the connector list for implementation.
- Final review of the data processing terms by the Customer's legal adviser.
