What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Draft proposal v1 of 30 Jul 2025 from Lewis Kerr for the Starter tier. Annual subscription £19k; total first-year deal value £25k including the one-off implementation fee. Not executed; service levels are only referred to as standard.
What it is: a first-draft proposal, marked "Draft" for discussion, prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, for the Starter tier. It is not an order form and binds nobody.
Commits: nothing yet. It states "Subscription billed annually in advance; quarterly billing is available on request" and "Payment terms of thirty days". Its prices are £19k per year for the subscription and £25k for the first year including implementation.
Unusual: the £19k differs from the v1 Starter list price in the company brief of £20k, and the document does not explain the gap. The text warns that £25k "should not be read as the annual price".
Not settled: connectors, user numbers, billing frequency, EU data residency and go-live are all listed as open points. No availability percentage or P1 response time is stated, only "the standard Starter service levels". The evidence does not show whether a final version or order form followed.

Body
Clashmore Recruitment - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. Prepared on 30 Jul 2025 by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo.
Context
Clashmore Recruitment is a Cork recruiter placing people into pharmaceutical, medical-devices and food-science roles across Munster. Consultants currently move between several systems to understand a single client: the roles open, the placements made and the invoices raised. That costs time and means different consultants can hold different pictures of the same client.
BB-Demo proposes the company brain, a single AI-queryable layer over those systems, built and run inside Clashmore Recruitment's own Snowflake account, so that each consultant can see a client's roles, placements and invoices together.
Recommendation
To put a number on it, we recommend the Starter tier. It suits one team, which matches where Clashmore Recruitment wants to begin, and it can be upgraded later if usage supports it. We would rather start where the usage is clear than sell capacity that is not needed.
What is included
Read the whole document (3,667 characters)
| Area | Starter |
|---|---|
| Teams | One team |
| Users | The Starter user allowance |
| Connectors | The Starter connector allowance |
| Features | Pages, chat and search |
| Customer success | Six-monthly check-in with a named customer success manager, Elena Novak |
| Service levels | The standard Starter service levels for availability, first response and nightly refresh |
The Starter user allowance is a soft limit and the connector allowance is a hard limit. We will confirm exactly which systems are connected in the final order form.
Scope of implementation
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work to connect the agreed systems, load the data, configure pages and search around how consultants work, and train the team. It is included in the total below and is not repeated each year.
Pricing
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Starter subscription, annual, in advance | £19k |
| Total deal value for the first year, including the one-off implementation fee | £25k |
All prices are stated exclusive of VAT and are invoiced in GBP. The annual price of £19k is the figure that recurs at each renewal, subject to the price book in force at that time. The total of £25k is the value of the whole deal and should not be read as the annual price.
Commercial terms
- Subscription billed annually in advance; quarterly billing is available on request.
- Payment terms of thirty days.
- The order form is issued under the BB-Demo MSA and decides the contracted price and terms.
- Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to go live within an agreed number of days.
Open points
This is a first draft and the following are still to be settled:
- Which systems Clashmore Recruitment wants connected first, within the connector allowance.
- How many consultants will use the brain from day one, so we can check that the Starter user allowance is enough.
- The preferred billing frequency, annual or quarterly.
- Whether data residency in the EU is a requirement, which would be an add-on and would change the price.
- The target go-live, which will be agreed once the order form is signed.
Next steps
- Clashmore Recruitment reviews this draft and sends comments on the open points.
- Lewis Kerr updates the proposal and issues a final version, co-termed to your chosen start date.
- On agreement, BB-Demo prepares the order form under the MSA for signature.
- Implementation is scheduled and Elena Novak is introduced as the customer success manager.
I'll send that over today once the open points are answered.
Kind regards, Lewis
