What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final QBR deck presented by Marcus Bell on 9 Jul 2025 for a Starter account with 25 licensed users and contracted annual recurring revenue of £23k. The term ends on 29 Aug 2025; the renewal proposal sits with Tom Ashdown. No tickets or overdue invoices.
What it is: a customer success review for the client-relationship team, covering usage, value, support and next steps. Marcus Bell presented it on 9 Jul 2025, and the deck is marked "Final, version 1".
Commits: it states "Starter service levels met" and sets actions, including "Agree renewal order form" owned by Tom Ashdown before 29 Aug 2025. It states no availability percentage or P1 response time.
Unusual: the deck gives the Starter tier with 25 licensed users, above the 15 users in the standard Starter allowance. It does not say why. The deck states £23k as contracted annual recurring revenue, which is above the Starter v1 list price in the company brief; the deck does not explain the difference.
Not settled: the renewal price and order form are not in this deck, and "I do not discuss price". Usage is described as "around a quarter" of licences in regular use, with no figures. The deck is dated well before the as-of date, so it does not show the renewal outcome.

Ardenmore Pension Administration - QBR
Presented by: Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Review date: 9 Jul 2025 Status: Final, version 1
Slide 1: What we want to cover
I've pulled the numbers for the last quarter. This review covers:
- how the brain is being used
- the value it is giving the client-relationship team
- support and service
- what happens next, including the renewal on 29 Aug 2025
Slide 2: Your account at a glance
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Starter |
| Licensed users | 25 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £23k |
| Customer since | 30 Aug 2023 |
| Contract end | 29 Aug 2025 |
| Account owner | Tom Ashdown |
| Customer success manager | Marcus Bell |
Slide 3: Usage
- Around a quarter of the licences are in regular use, which is a small core group rather than the whole team.
- Regular users are up on the previous quarter, a little more than the quarter before. The direction is right, though the change is gentle.
- Licensed users sit well above regular users, so there is plenty of room before the allowance becomes a constraint.

What the numbers do not show: I cannot tell from usage alone whether the rest of the team simply have not started or whether they get what they need from colleagues. That is worth asking in the room.
Slide 4: Value
- The brain was bought so the client-relationship team could answer questions about their schemes and employers without chasing several systems by hand.
- The regular users are doing exactly that, and use has held steady through the quarter.
- We have not been asked for new dashboards or extra sources this quarter, which suggests the current set-up fits how the team works.
I would like to capture one or two examples from the team in their own words, so the value is written down in a form that can be shared internally.
Slide 5: Support and service
| Measure | This quarter |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | None |
| High priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
| Service levels | Starter service levels met |
A quiet support queue on a small user base is normal for this kind of account, but I would rather hear from the team directly than assume it means everything is fine.
Slide 6: Plan for the next quarter
- Renewal. The term ends on 29 Aug 2025. Tom Ashdown has sent the renewal proposal, and he will take you through the order form. I do not discuss price, so that sits with him.
- Adoption. Happy to jump on a call with the wider client-relationship team to show how to get more from search and chat.
- Check-in. Shall we book 30 minutes with your operations lead after the renewal is settled?
Slide 7: Actions
| Action | Owner | When |
|---|---|---|
| Agree renewal order form | Tom Ashdown with Ardenmore | Before 29 Aug 2025 |
| Collect examples of value from regular users | Marcus Bell | Over the next few weeks |
| Offer a short walkthrough to newer team members | Marcus Bell | After renewal |
Thanks, Marcus
