1. Context
Ardenmore Pension Administration has been a BG-Demo customer since 30 Aug 2023. You run B-Glass on the Starter tier for your client-relationship team, with 15 licensed users. Your current subscription carries a contracted annual recurring revenue of £20k and runs to 29 Aug 2024.
This proposal covers a small expansion of that subscription: more users on the same Starter tier, with nothing else about the way the brain is set up changing.
