What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal dated 11 Jul 2023 from Nell Ashcombe for the Starter tier at £20k per year, annual in advance. The deal amount of £26k is the first-year total including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a version one proposal, stored as final, for the Starter tier for one team, delivered inside the customer's own Snowflake account. Implementation is a one-off fixed fee over four weeks.
Commits: the text states £20k as the annual subscription, £26k as the first-year deal amount including implementation, and "Payment terms are thirty days." Service levels are described only as the standard Starter tier terms.
Not settled: no availability percentage, P1 response time or refresh deadline is written out, because "the executed order form is what governs". The final connector list is still to be confirmed. The implementation fee is not itemised.
Status: despite the stored status of final, this is an open proposal. The evidence does not show whether it was accepted or what the executed order form says, so the £26k should not be read as ARR or as a current price.

Body
Ardenmore Pension Administration - Proposal
Prepared for: Ardenmore Pension Administration, Birmingham Prepared by: Nell Ashcombe, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BG-Demo Account owner: Tom Ashdown Customer success manager: Marcus Bell Date: 11 Jul 2023 Status: Final, version one
Context
Ardenmore administers about fifty occupational pension schemes for employers across the Midlands. Your client-relationship team answers questions from trustees, scheme sponsors and members, and the answers sit in several places: the CRM, call recordings, email and the helpdesk. When someone asks what was agreed with a scheme last quarter, a person has to go and piece it together by hand.
That is the problem we think B-Glass can take off the team's desk. We would rather say plainly what we are proposing than dress it up.
What we propose
We propose the Starter tier for the client-relationship team, delivered inside your own Snowflake account so that scheme data stays under your control.
Starter gives the team:
Read the whole document (3,502 characters)
- pages, chat and search over the connected sources, so people can ask a question in plain English and see where the answer came from;
- the Starter user allowance, which is sized for one team;
- the Starter connector allowance, which we will use for the sources your team relies on most (we suggest the CRM, the call recorder, email and the helpdesk, and will confirm the final list with you in the first week);
- a six-monthly check-in with your customer success manager.
Starter is deliberately one team. If the other parts of Ardenmore want in later, that is a conversation about Growth, and we would rather you reached it from evidence than from a promise today.
Implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed fee and runs for four weeks. It covers connecting the agreed sources, indexing your history, and sitting with the team so that the first questions they ask are their real ones, not our demo ones.
Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Glass, Starter subscription | Annual, in advance | £20k |
| Implementation, Starter | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount | Subscription plus one-off implementation | £26k |
To be clear on the meaning of the numbers: £26k is the total value of the deal in its first year, including the one-off implementation fee. The annual subscription price is £20k. Payment terms are thirty days.
Service levels
Starter carries the standard service level for the tier: the Starter availability commitment, the Starter first-response time for priority one issues, and service credits for availability only. These will be written out in the order form and master services agreement, and the executed order form is what governs.
What we need from Ardenmore
- A named sponsor in the client-relationship team.
- An administrator who can approve access to each connected system.
- A short list of the questions the team asks most often, so we can test the brain against them in week one.
Next steps
- Tom Ashdown walks you through this proposal and answers commercial questions.
- Your team confirms the connector list and the sponsor.
- We issue the order form under the master services agreement.
- Implementation starts once the order form is signed.
If anything here does not match what you understood from our conversations, tell Tom or me and we will put it right before anything is signed.
Best, Nell
