What it says

What this says

Current to 13 Oct 26

Proposal dated 26 Jan 2026 for the Growth tier: annual subscription £45k, billed annually in advance, and a first-year deal amount of £57k including implementation. It is not a contract; the order form will set contracted terms.

What it is: a proposal from Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, for the Growth tier, covering university partnerships and resident services. It is stored as final, but the text says "This proposal is not a contract."

Commits: it states the Growth subscription at £45k billed annually in advance, and a deal amount of £57k for the first year including the one-off, fixed-fee implementation. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT.

Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. No discount, service level, connector delivery date or renewal term is stated.

Not settled: the connector list, the go-live order and the final scope. The evidence does not show whether an order form was issued or signed. Contracted price and terms are those in the executed order form, which beats this proposal.

Hartside Student Living - Proposal

Proposal for the BB-Demo company brain, Growth tier

Prepared for: Hartside Student Living, Nottingham Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 26 Jan 2026

Context

Hartside Student Living operates purpose-built student accommodation, around twelve thousand beds across eight university cities. The university partnerships team and the resident services team each work from different systems. Nomination agreements, resident tickets and invoices are held separately, so a question about a single university means pulling the pieces together by hand.

Hartside wants both teams to see each university's nomination agreements, tickets and invoices in one place, and to ask questions of that view directly.

Our proposal

BB-Demo proposes the Growth tier of the company brain. It is one AI-queryable layer over Hartside's systems, built and run inside Hartside's own Snowflake account, so the data stays within Hartside's environment.

Read the whole document (2,464 characters)
  • Several teams on the same layer, beginning with university partnerships and resident services
  • Pages, chat and search across every connected source
  • The dashboards builder, so teams can build their own views per university
  • Quarterly business reviews led by your customer success manager, Hollie Grieve
  • Fixed-fee implementation to connect the sources and bring the first teams live

Users and connectors are within the Growth tier allowances. The list of connectors will be agreed with you and written into the order form.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT.

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual price (billed annually in advance)£45k
Deal amount (first-year subscription plus one-off implementation)£57k

The deal amount of £57k is the total value of the first year including the one-off, fixed-fee implementation. The annual price of £45k is the subscription that recurs each year.

What happens next

  • Review this proposal with Lewis Kerr and confirm the teams and sources in scope
  • Agree the connector list and go-live order
  • BB-Demo issues an order form under the master agreement, which will set the contracted price and terms
  • Hollie Grieve is introduced and implementation is scheduled

This proposal is not a contract. Contracted price and terms are those in the executed order form.

I'll send the order form over as soon as the scope is agreed.

Kind regards, Lewis

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
