What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Executed MSA signed 14 Aug 2025 for the Enterprise tier, term 28 Aug 2025 to 27 Aug 2026. Availability 99.9%, P1 first response 30 minutes, subscription £104k annual recurring charge after a 5% first-term discount, plus £30k implementation.
What it is: the executed master agreement for the Enterprise Company Brain, built inside the customer's Snowflake account. It states "This agreement, with its commercial lines and service levels, is the whole agreement on its subject and replaces any earlier draft or proposal."
Commits: availability of 99.9%, P1 first response of 30 minutes, and a service credit of "10% of one month's fee for each month with a breach", covering availability and data freshness. Billing is quarterly, with payment 30 days from invoice.
Unusual: the 5% discount applies to the first term only, so the renewal price is not settled here. The implementation line says up to twelve connectors but names no live-by dates.
Not settled: the term ended on 27 Aug 2026, before the as-of date. The document states no renewal or auto-renewal mechanism and no notice period, so the renewal position must be checked elsewhere. The customer signatory is named only as an authorised signatory.

| Service credit | 10% of one month's fee for each month with a breach |
| Credit basis | Availability and data freshness |

- The Customer will give timely access to the systems being connected and name a lead for the programme.
- Account owner at BB-Demo: Tom Ashdown. Customer success manager: Marcus Bell.
Confidentiality and data
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for this agreement. The Customer's data stays in the Customer's Snowflake account. Personal data is handled under the separate Data Processing Agreement signed on the same date.
General
This agreement, with its commercial lines and service levels, is the whole agreement on its subject and replaces any earlier draft or proposal. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
