Proposal dated 17 Jul 2025 for the Enterprise tier. Annual subscription £104k; total deal value £134k for first-year subscription plus one-off implementation. Payment terms are thirty days. It is a proposal, not an order form.

What it is: a sales proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for the Enterprise tier. Stored status is final, but it is a proposal and not executed paper.

Commits: "The annual subscription price is £104k." The £134k total is the first-year subscription plus implementation, "so it should not be read as a yearly price". Fees are invoiced annually in advance and "Payment terms are thirty days."

Unusual: the text refers to the Enterprise service level for availability, data freshness and priority support but states no figures. It says implementation is fixed-fee and included in the total, without a separate amount.

Not settled: no signatory, no start or end date, no connector delivery dates and no discount. The text says an order form under the MSA and the service level wording are still to be agreed, so the executed order form decides terms.

Kenmure Business Telecom - Proposal

Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success lead: Marcus Bell Date: Thursday 17 July 2025 Status: Final

Context

Kenmure Business Telecom is a business telecoms and connectivity provider based in Glasgow, serving about nine thousand small and medium-sized businesses across Scotland and the North of England. Your account managers, provisioning team and service desk each hold part of the picture of a business customer: the circuits they have, the faults they have raised and the bills they receive. Today those views sit in separate systems and are put together by hand.

You have told us you want one place where all three teams can see the same customer, and ask questions of it in plain English.

What we propose

We propose the BB-Demo company brain on the Enterprise tier. The brain is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, helpdesk, finance and other business systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it is today.

For Kenmure Business Telecom this means:

Read the whole document (4,109 characters)
  • Account management sees a customer's circuits, open faults and billing position on one page before a renewal or review conversation.
  • Provisioning can check the history of a site, and any open issues, without asking another team.
  • The service desk can ask the brain about a customer's recent faults and bills while the customer is on the line.

Scope

The Enterprise tier is intended for company-wide use and for buyers with security and governance requirements. It includes:

  • Pages, chat and search across your connected systems
  • The dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews
  • Single sign-on and user provisioning through SCIM
  • An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side
  • The Enterprise service level for availability, data freshness and priority support
  • Security review support during implementation

Implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off engagement led by BB-Demo, with Marcus Bell as your customer success lead once the brain is live. We connect your chosen systems, load and check your data, and train the first groups of users.

Pricing

Company Brain, Enterprise subscriptionAnnual, recurring£104k
Implementation, EnterpriseOne-off, fixed feeIncluded in the total below
Total deal valueSubscription for the first year plus implementation£134k

The annual subscription price is £104k. The total deal value of £134k is the first-year subscription together with the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as a yearly price. From the second year the recurring charge is the subscription alone.

Subscription fees are invoiced annually in advance unless you ask for quarterly billing. Payment terms are thirty days. Prices are in pounds sterling.

How we would work together

  1. Agree the commercial terms. We turn this proposal into an order form under our Master Services Agreement and settle the service level wording with your team.
  2. Security review. We support your security and data protection reviewers with the questionnaire and any follow-up calls.
  3. Implementation. We connect your systems, check the data with your account, provisioning and service desk leads, and open the brain to the first users.
  4. Adoption. Marcus Bell runs the first review with you once teams are asking real questions of the brain.

What we need from you

  • A named sponsor at Kenmure Business Telecom
  • A technical contact with access to your Snowflake account and source systems
  • One lead from each of account management, provisioning and the service desk
  • Your security and procurement contacts, so reviews can run alongside implementation

Next steps

If this matches what you have in mind, the next step is a short call this month to confirm the connected systems and the order form wording. I will confirm any detail on price or scope in writing before anything is signed. Please get in touch with Tom Ashdown with any questions in the meantime.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
