What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Draft Enterprise proposal dated 14 Jul 2025, not agreed by Kenmure. It states an annual subscription of £104k and a first-year deal amount of £134k including implementation. It does not state availability or P1 response figures.
What it is: a first proposal from Tom Ashdown for the Enterprise tier, marked "Draft for discussion." Not yet agreed by Kenmure Business Telecom. It is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out "Enterprise subscription, annual, billed in advance" at £104k and a "Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee" of £134k, with "the standard thirty days" payment terms.
Unusual: the subscription price is below the v1 Enterprise list of £110k in the company brief, though the text states no discount. It says any discount applies to the first term only.
Not settled: connector go-live timings, administrators, the executive sponsor, add-ons and the start date are listed as open points. Service levels follow the Enterprise tier unless an executed order form says otherwise, and no figures are written in.

Body
Kenmure Business Telecom - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. Not yet agreed by Kenmure Business Telecom.
Date: 14 Jul 2025 Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Marcus Bell Tier proposed: Enterprise
1. Context
Kenmure Business Telecom, based in Glasgow, provides connectivity and business telecoms to small and medium businesses across Scotland and the North of England. Today, account management, provisioning and the service desk each look at a different system to understand one customer's circuits, faults and bills. Staff spend time reconciling those views by hand, and answers depend on who is asked.
This proposal sets out how the BB-Demo company brain would give all three teams one place to ask questions across those sources, built and run inside Kenmure's own Snowflake account.
2. What we heard
Read the whole document (3,468 characters)
- Account managers want a single view of each business customer before a renewal or a complaint call.
- Provisioning wants to see open orders next to fault history.
- The service desk wants billing context without switching systems.
- Security and data location matter, and the security questionnaire has already been completed with Anya Petrova.
3. Scope
The Enterprise tier is company-wide and is designed for regulated and security-conscious buyers. It includes:
- Pages, chat and search across the connected sources
- The dashboards builder
- Quarterly business reviews with the customer success manager
- SSO and SCIM provisioning
- An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side
- The Enterprise service levels for availability, priority response and data freshness
Implementation is a fixed-fee engagement that follows the standard Enterprise timetable and includes support for Kenmure's security review. Connector commitments and their go-live timings would be written into the order form.
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription, annual, billed in advance | £104k |
| Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee | £134k |
The annual price is the recurring subscription. The deal amount is the total value of the first year, which includes the one-off fixed-fee implementation. Payment terms are the standard thirty days, and quarterly billing is available on request.
Optional add-ons, such as Premium support, the Sandbox, dedicated data residency and an on-site training day, are not included in these figures and can be quoted separately.
5. Commercial terms
- The subscription is annual and renews at the end of each term, with notice handled by the customer success manager well ahead of the renewal.
- Any discount applies to the first term only.
- Service levels follow the Enterprise tier unless the executed order form says otherwise.
- The order form is issued under the BB-Demo MSA.
6. Open points
- Confirm which source systems are connected at go-live and which follow later.
- Confirm the Kenmure administrators and the executive sponsor on each side.
- Confirm whether any add-ons are wanted in the first term.
- Agree the preferred start date for implementation.
7. Next steps
- Kenmure reviews this draft and sends comments to Tom Ashdown this week or next.
- BB-Demo updates the proposal and prepares the order form.
- Kenmure's legal and security reviewers confirm the MSA and data processing terms.
- Order form signature, then kick-off with the implementation team and Marcus Bell.
