What it says
What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Renewal proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown on 3 Nov 2025 for the Enterprise subscription, 180 licensed users. It proposes £120k for the next annual term, billed annually in advance, against a contracted £115k. The current term ends 9 Jan 2026.
What it is: a proposal marked Final, not an executed order form. It says "The annual price for the renewal is £120k" and sets that against "The current contracted annual recurring revenue is £115k".
Commits: nothing binding yet. It states the price, annual billing in advance, and that "Payment terms stay as they are today", with quarterly billing on request. Service levels are only referred to as set out in the order form.
Unusual: the uplift is shown without explanation, and the text gives no availability, P1 response or refresh figures.
Not settled: the order form is to be issued "Once the points above are confirmed". The text does not show whether the customer accepted, who signs, or whether the user count changed. The 9 Jan 2026 end date is now past, and the evidence does not show what followed.

Brimscombe Energy - Renewal Proposal
Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor Prepared on: 3 Nov 2025 Status: Final Subscription: BB-Demo Enterprise
1. Why we are writing
Brimscombe Energy joined BB-Demo on 10 Jan 2025 and has run the company brain on the Enterprise tier since. The current term ends on 9 Jan 2026. This proposal sets out what we suggest for the renewal, what stays the same and what the next annual term costs, so that your team has time to review it well before the end date.
We have kept it deliberately simple. The scope you rely on today carries forward, and there is one commercial line to agree.
2. Where you are today
The brain gives your key-account, collections and complaints teams one view of each business customer: their sites, contracts, calls and bills together, rather than four systems reconciled by hand.

| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Licensed users | 180 |
| Current annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £115k |
| Invoices | None overdue |
| Support | No tickets raised in the last month, and none at high priority |
| Adoption | Active use has grown over the last quarter compared with the one before |
In plain terms, the brain is being used, it is not generating support noise, and your account is in good order on the finance side. That is the position we want to protect and build on.
3. What the renewal covers
The renewal keeps the whole Enterprise subscription in place for another annual term:
- Company-wide access for your licensed users, with SSO and SCIM so identity stays managed in one place.
- The connectors your teams already depend on, kept live and refreshed nightly into your own Snowflake account.
- Pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder across your key-account, collections and complaints work.
- The executive sponsor relationship and regular reviews with Daniel Okafor.
- The Enterprise service levels for availability, first response on priority issues and data freshness, with service credits as set out in your order form.
Nothing about how the brain is built or run changes. It continues to sit inside your Snowflake account, under your control.
4. Pricing
| Line | Term | Annual price |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription, 180 licensed users | Next annual term, billed annually in advance | £120k |
| Total for the renewal term | £120k |
The annual price for the renewal is £120k. The current contracted annual recurring revenue is £115k. There is no implementation fee on a renewal, so the total above is the whole of the amount to be invoiced for the term.
Payment terms stay as they are today. Quarterly billing is available on request if that suits your finance team better.
5. What we would like to hear from you
To keep the renewal frictionless, we would ask you to confirm three things:
- That the licensed user count of 180 still reflects how many people need access, or whether you expect it to move.
- Whether any new system sits on your roadmap that you would want connected to the brain during the next term.
- Who on your side will sign the order form, so that we can route it to the right person.
If your plans for the next year include another team or a further source system, tell us now and we will fold it into the same conversation rather than treating it separately later.
6. Next steps
| Step | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review this proposal with your team | Brimscombe Energy | Over the coming weeks |
| Walk through questions and any changes to scope | Tom Ashdown and Daniel Okafor | At a time that suits you, ahead of the end of the year |
| Issue the renewal order form for signature | Tom Ashdown | Once the points above are confirmed |
| Current term ends | 9 Jan 2026 |
We would like the order form signed before the current term ends, so there is no gap in service and no last-minute paperwork for either side.
