This order form is made under the Master Services Agreement already in place between BG-Demo and Harcastle Environmental. It adds user capacity to the existing Growth subscription and does not replace it.

2. Background
Harcastle Environmental has been a BG-Demo customer since 11 Apr 2025 on the Growth tier, with 40 licensed users. The existing subscription runs to 10 Apr 2027 at an annual recurring value of £44k. Harcastle Environmental's account managers use B-Glass to see each customer's collections, missed-collection tickets, calls and invoices together, and usage has grown, so the customer wishes to add user capacity.
This order form adds two blocks of ten users to the Growth subscription from 1 Jul 2026, co-termed to the existing renewal date.

Total contract value for the term of this order form: £6,225
The total contract value is lower than the annual amount because the add-on runs only from its start date to the end of the existing subscription term, so the first charge is pro-rated to co-terminate with the renewal date. No discount applies to this order.

The additional users are added to the Growth user allowance of 40 licensed users. Nothing in this order form changes the connector allowance or any other feature of the Growth tier.
5. Billing and payment
- Billing frequency: annual, in advance.
- Invoice: BG-Demo will invoice the total contract value of £6,225 on or after the start date.
- Payment terms: 30 days from the invoice date.
- Currency: GBP. VAT is added at the prevailing rate where applicable and shown separately on the invoice.
- Renewal pricing: at the first renewal on or after 1 Jul 2026 the then-current list price applies to the Growth tier and to additional users, as set out in the MSA and the price book in force at that time.
6. Service levels
The service levels for the Growth tier apply to the whole subscription, including the additional users, and are unchanged by this order form.

Service credits are calculated on one month's fee for the subscription and are applied as a credit against a future invoice. Data freshness is not a credited measure on the Growth tier.
7. General terms
- This order form is governed by the MSA between the parties. If there is a conflict between this order form and the MSA on the matters set out here, this order form prevails for the lines and amounts it lists.
- The additional users are named users within Harcastle Environmental's own organisation and may not be shared with third parties.
- Any further users, connectors or add-ons will be agreed in a separate order form.
- This order form supersedes any draft, quote or proposal for the same additional users issued before 30 Jun 2026.
- This order form takes effect on the start date shown in section 4, once signed by both parties.
