Final version 1 proposal from Lewis Kerr to expand the Growth subscription (£44k annually, 40 users), co-termed to the 10 Apr 2027 renewal. Order value is £6,225; the added scope is £8,000 annually. Service levels are unchanged.

What it is: a sales proposal dated 16 Jun 2026, prepared by Lewis Kerr with Marcus Bell as customer success manager. It proposes added scope on the existing Growth tier, under the same master agreement.

Commits: it states the nightly refresh is "complete by 07:00 UK time on business days" and that service credits for availability remain "as already contracted". Prices are exclusive of VAT, and invoicing follows the existing order form.

Unusual: two figures sit side by side. £8,000 is the annual value of the added scope; £6,225 is the total order value to the 10 Apr 2027 renewal.

Not settled: the line detail sits in the accompanying order form, which wins over this summary. The document does not name a customer signatory or show that anything was signed, and it gives no availability or first-response figures. At renewal the annual value carries forward subject to the price book then in force.

Body

Harcastle Environmental - Proposal

Status: Final, version 1 Date: 16 June 2026 Prepared for: Harcastle Environmental, Wakefield Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Marcus Bell

1. Context

Harcastle Environmental has been a BG-Demo customer since 11 April 2025. You bought the Growth tier so that your account managers can see each customer's collections, missed-collection tickets, calls and invoices in one place, across a customer base of about 30,000 businesses in Yorkshire and the North East.

Since then the brain has become part of how the team works. Active use has grown noticeably compared with the previous quarter, the helpdesk has been quiet (a handful of tickets in the last month and none of them high priority), and there are no overdue invoices. To put a number on it, the Growth subscription currently stands at £44k annually, with 40 licensed users.

This proposal sets out an expansion of that subscription. It is written to follow the usage you already have, not to get ahead of it.

2. What we are proposing

Read the whole document (4,803 characters)

An expansion of your existing Growth subscription, added under the same master agreement and the same order form framework you already have in place.

  • It stays on the Growth tier. There is no change of tier and no change to your service levels.
  • It is co-termed to your renewal on 10 April 2027, so you have one renewal date for everything and one conversation about it.
  • The line detail sits in the order form that accompanies this proposal. That document is the contractual record, and where it differs from this summary, the order form wins.

3. Why now

  1. Usage supports it. More people are asking the brain questions than a quarter ago, and the growth has come from the account management teams you bought it for.
  2. The foundations are healthy. Support demand is low, nothing is stuck, and the nightly refresh has not been a talking point.
  3. Co-terming keeps it simple. Adding now means you pay only for the period to your existing renewal date, rather than waiting and paying for a full year later.

4. Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on the invoice.

Current Growth subscription£44kAnnual recurring revenue, contracted

Annual value of the expansion£8,000The annual price of the added scope
Total value of this order£6,225Co-termed to the renewal on 10 April 2027

A word on the two expansion figures, because they are easy to confuse. The £8,000 is the annual value of the added scope. The £6,225 is the total value of this order for the period between signing and your renewal date. They are not two different prices for the same thing. At renewal, the annual value is what carries forward into your subscription, subject to the price book in force at that point, which your CSM will walk you through in the usual renewal notice.

5. Service levels

Nothing changes. The expansion sits under the Growth service levels already in your order form:

  • Availability and first-response commitments as set out for the Growth tier.
  • Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days.
  • Service credits for availability, as already contracted.
  • Quarterly business reviews with Marcus Bell continue as now.

6. Implementation and onboarding

The expansion is added to the brain that is already running inside your Snowflake account, so there is no new environment to stand up. Marcus will agree the sequencing with your team so that account managers are not disrupted, and will cover the additions in the next quarterly review.

7. Assumptions

  • The expansion is added to the existing Growth subscription and is not a new contract.
  • Your current connectors and sources remain as they are.
  • Pricing is valid for the order form that accompanies this document.
  • Invoicing follows the terms of your existing order form.
