2. Purpose of this order form
This order form renews the Carnmoor Fleet Leasing subscription to the BG-Demo B-Glass for a further term. The current term ends on 1 Dec 2026. From the start of the new term the subscription moves to the Starter tier. The brain continues to run inside Carnmoor Fleet Leasing's own Snowflake account.

6.1 Notes on the service levels
- Service credits under this order form are earned for a miss on availability only. A delay to the nightly refresh does not by itself earn a service credit on the Starter tier.
- Availability and data freshness are separate measures. A brain that answers on older data was available.
- First response times are counted in business hours from the time a P1 ticket is logged with BG-Demo support.
7. Customer responsibilities
- Keep the connected systems accessible to BG-Demo, and tell BG-Demo support before changing a connected system so that the connector can be checked.
- Name an administrator who can approve access requests and receive service notices.
- Pay undisputed invoices within the payment terms above.
8. General
- This order form is the complete statement of price and term for the subscription it covers and supersedes any earlier draft or proposal for this renewal.
- Nothing in this order form changes the data protection, confidentiality or liability provisions of the Master Services Agreement.
- Each signatory confirms that they are authorised to bind their organisation.
