What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft Master Services Agreement v2 for the Starter tier, term 13 May 2026 to 12 May 2027. It states £22k a year, £6,000 implementation, 99.5% availability and a P1 first response of 4 business hours. It is unsigned and marked draft.
What it is: a draft MSA filed under Customers/Coorabell Logistics/Contracts and closing with "This is a draft agreement for review and discussion." Scope is the Starter tier "as described in the attached Order Form", which is not in this file.
Commits: £22k annual subscription payable in advance, £6,000 implementation payable on completion, and "Total Year 1: £28k". Service levels are 99.5% availability, 4 business hours for P1 first response and a 5% service credit.
Unusual: it renews automatically for successive one-year periods unless either party gives 90 days' written notice. The credit covers availability only, with no freshness credit.
Not settled: no signatory or signature date. The effective date has already passed, so the record does not show whether an executed copy exists. Any executed order form would override this draft.
