What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft Master Services Agreement v2 for the Starter tier, term 17 Jul 2026 to 16 Jul 2027. Availability 99.5%, P1 first response 4 business hours, subscription £22k a year plus £6,000 implementation. Marked draft, not executed.
What it is: a draft MSA, version 2, between Quennell Harte and BG-Demo Ltd, filed under the customer's Contracts folder. The text ends "Status: Draft", so it is an open item, not contracted paper.
Commits: if signed, "Subscription (annual)" at £22k and implementation at £6,000, total £28k, with 30 days from invoice. Availability 99.5%, P1 first response 4 business hours, nightly refresh by 07:00 UK time, and a 5% service credit for availability only.
Unusual: nothing off the Starter standard. The subscription figure matches the v2 list price, and termination is on 90 days' written notice.
Not settled: the document names no signatory and no signing date. It refers to an order form and a separate Data Processing Agreement that are not shown here, and the evidence does not show whether an executed copy exists.
