What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft MSA v2 for the Growth tier, 13 Mar 2026 to 12 Mar 2027, with a £50k annual subscription and £12k implementation. It states 99.5% availability and a P1 first response within 1 business hour. Marked Draft in its text.
What it is: a draft Master Services Agreement between BG-Demo and Bayard Lane Payments, filed in the customer's Contracts folder. The text opens with "Draft" and no signatory or signature date appears.
Commits: Growth tier with "up to forty active users, eight data connectors", a £50k annual fee payable in advance within 30 days of invoice, and a £12k implementation fee. Service levels are 99.5% uptime, P1 response within 1 business hour and nightly refresh complete by 07:00.
Unusual: all connectors live "within fourteen days of the Start Date" while implementation runs eight weeks. Termination for convenience on ninety days' notice applies after the first year.
Not settled: whether an executed copy exists. The evidence does not show who signed, so an executed order form would override these terms. The £50k equals the v2 Growth list price in the brief.
