1. Parties
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is entered into between BG-Demo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("Processor"), and Ellerby Dental Group ("Customer").
2. Scope
This DPA sets out the terms on which BG-Demo processes personal data on behalf of the Customer in connection with the supply of B-Glass platform.
3. Processing of Personal Data
BG-Demo shall process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer, unless required to do so by applicable law. BG-Demo shall:
- Process personal data only for the purposes specified in the Customer's instructions
- Ensure that persons authorised to process personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations
- Implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- Assist the Customer in responding to data subject access requests
- Delete or return personal data upon termination of the services
4. Sub-processors
BG-Demo uses sub-processors in the provision of services. Current sub-processor:

5. Data Security

7. Duration
This DPA shall commence on the start date of the associated Service Agreement and shall continue for the duration of the Customer's subscription, unless earlier terminated.
