1. Parties
This Master Services Agreement ("MSA") is entered into between BG-Demo Ltd ("Provider") and Linthorpe Trade Supplies ("Customer").
2. Services
The Provider shall supply B-Glass – Starter tier:
- One team; fifteen users (soft limit)
- Four data connectors (hard limit)
- Capabilities: search, chat, pages
- Six-monthly check-in

5. Confidentiality and data

Provider's aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
