1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between BG-Demo Limited ("Supplier") and Garrow Lusk ("Customer").
2. Services
The Supplier will provide B-Glass – Starter tier, comprising:
- Search and conversational query interface
- Integration with up to 4 data sources
- User access for up to 15 team members
- Nightly data refresh by 07:00 customer local time on business days
3. Service Period

4. Pricing and Payment

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at the end of the term by providing 90 days' written notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall either party's liability exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
